I agree! Cheaper does not mean less quality. When we first started selling our disposable cannulas 3 years ago we found that our prices were to high. We lowered them significantly a year later after discussing what price is "comfortable" to the physicians. One of our competitors told ME directly that by reducing our price that it meant their product would be considered a better product and that it was a mistake. We ended up DOUBLING our sales. It was the right thing to do. You have to be competitive in this market. Lower price does not mean equal a bad product. Customer service is everything as well!!!
