I have known Jim since he started with his prior company. He has handled my accounts since that time. Jim is not your typical salesman. 

He is not out to make a sale or just to get a commission or get a pay cheque. He has always taken my account very seriously and any and all triumphs as well as difficulties are taken as personal challenges.
